John Sykes Co., Inc. has recently completed a magnificent renovation of Grace Kelly’s legendary Shore home for Anthony Demos, a Bryn Mawr chemical magnate. The house—built in 1931 by John B. Kelly Sr., and where Grace spent numerous summers through the ’30s and ’40s, has returned to its original Spanish luster through the use of innovative and precise historic restoration techniques.
Sykes Co., Inc. employees Bryan Brodton, Jim McCabe, Art Davis, and John Conover led efforts to re-roof the Spanish tile masterpiece and re-create historic copper sconces and decorative elements.
